T-Shirt Printing Birmingham
T-shirt printing in Birmingham for businesses, teams and events
Branded t-shirts printed for Birmingham businesses since 1999. Full-colour DTF print with no setup fees, screen print for bigger runs, a free logo mockup before you order and no minimum order quantity.
Most t-shirt printing jobs go wrong in one of three places: the wrong t-shirt, the wrong print method for the artwork, or a print size that looks lost on the garment. We sort all three before anything is printed, and we show you the result on the actual t-shirt first.
Which print method suits your t-shirts
| Method | Best for | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| DTF print | Full-colour logos, small and medium runs, mixed sizes and colours | No setup fee and no colour limit. Works on cotton, polyester and blends. |
| Screen print | Large runs of the same design in one or two colours | The unit price drops sharply with volume. Best for event and staff tees in big numbers. |
| Embroidery | Heavier t-shirts where you want a stitched chest logo | Possible, but print usually suits a t-shirt better. Small lettering is not recommended on a tee. |
For most business t-shirts we recommend print. Thinner fabric takes print better than stitching, and a printed logo keeps fine detail that embroidery would lose. If you have your heart set on embroidery, we will tell you up front whether your logo will work on the t-shirt you have chosen.

- Left chest: the standard position for staff t-shirts. Neat, professional and easy to read across a counter.
- Full back: our standard back print is 26cm across. It reads clearly from a distance without overpowering the shirt.
- Back of neck: a good spot for a web address or a small secondary logo.
- Web address, not email: if you want contact details on the back, use your website. It is shorter and people remember it.
Choosing the t-shirt itself
A great print on a poor t-shirt still looks poor after five washes. Three things matter:
- Fabric weight. Heavier t-shirts hold their shape and look better for longer. For staff who wear them daily, avoid the lightest budget lines.
- Fit. Offer a ladies' fit alongside unisex. A t-shirt that fits badly does not get worn.
- Colour range. Pick a style that comes in your colour across every size, so reorders always match.
We stock t-shirts from brands including Stanley/Stella, Result, Fruit of the Loom and Russell, and we will recommend the right one for how your team will wear it.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for printed t-shirts?
No. You can order a single printed t-shirt. The price per shirt drops as the quantity goes up.
Are there setup fees?
Not for DTF printing. Screen printing has a one-off screen setup, which is why it suits larger runs.
Can you print a full-colour or photographic design?
Yes. DTF print handles full colour, gradients and fine detail with no extra charge per colour.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not if the shirt is washed inside out at 30 to 40°C and kept away from the tumble dryer's hottest setting. See our wash care guide.
Can you print names on each shirt?
Yes. Individual names or numbers can be added per shirt, which is popular for teams and events.
