Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No — order a single item or several thousand.
How do I add my logo?
Send us your artwork and we'll take care of the rest. See our Artwork Guidelines for the file types that work best.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Order any plain, undecorated garment to check the fit, fabric and quality before your branded order. If it's not right, return it unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. See our Request a Sample page.
Turnaround & delivery
How long does my order take?
Most orders are produced and delivered within 7–10 working days. Production is around 5–7 working days after you approve your proof, plus delivery time.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £8.99 on orders under £99 (ex VAT). Orders of £99 or more qualify for free UK delivery.
How is my order delivered?
We dispatch UK-wide via DPD, Royal Mail and APC, and you'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Artwork & decoration
What's the difference between print and embroidery?
Embroidery is stitched and extremely hard-wearing, ideal for uniforms washed often. Printing gives full-colour, detailed results and suits complex or photographic designs. We produce both in-house and can advise which suits your garment and budget. See our Decoration Methods page.
Where can my logo go?
Common positions are left chest, back and sleeves, but we can decorate most areas — and multiple positions on a single garment.
Will you check my artwork before production?
Always. Every order is checked by a real person before anything is stitched or printed, and we'll flag anything that won't reproduce well.
Returns
What's your returns policy?
Undecorated items from our standard range can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale. Because decorated items (embroidered, badged or printed) are made to your specification, they can't be returned unless they're faulty or incorrectly supplied. Where a return is due to our error or a fault, we cover the return carriage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Something's wrong with my order — what should I do?
Contact us straight away on 0121 472 5300 or at info@brandmenow.co.uk with your order number and a photo if relevant, and we'll put it right. Please report any shortage, damage or error within 48 hours of delivery.
