Yes. Order any plain, undecorated garment to check the fit, fabric and quality before your branded order. If it's not right, return it unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.

Yes. We order your garments in and you're welcome to view them at our Birmingham showroom, by appointment, before anything is embroidered or printed.

There's no setup charge for print. Embroidery has a one-off £15 digitising fee for your logo, which is free on orders over £100 ex VAT.

Every price includes the garment and your logo. Use the toggle at the top of the page to see prices with or without VAT. Children's clothing has no VAT.

No. Embroidery is priced on the number of stitches, not the number of colours.

7 to 10 working days from when you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Express turnaround is 5 working days for £5 extra per garment.

UK delivery is £8.99 on orders under £99 ex VAT. Orders of £99 or more get free UK delivery.

Yes. We dispatch UK-wide by tracked courier and send you the tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes, always, and it's free. You'll get a digital mock-up of your logo on your chosen garment and colour. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Yes. Once your order is placed, we stitch your logo first and send you a photo to approve before we embroider the rest.

Text under about 3mm tall won't be readable at left-chest size. We'll point it out on your proof and suggest leaving it off or making the logo larger.

A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) is best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works for print. If your logo needs redrawing, we'll quote that separately before we start. See our artwork guidelines for more.

Our caps are embroidered only. It gives a cleaner, longer-lasting finish.

We print on waterproof garments rather than embroider them. Embroidery needs needle holes, which would let water through.

Embroidery gives a premium, hard-wearing finish on polos, jackets and caps. Print keeps full colour and fine detail, and suits t-shirts and large back logos. We can show you both on your proof.

Embroidery uses solid thread colours, so shading, gradients and very fine lines (under about 1mm) can't be stitched. If you need every detail, we'll recommend a full-colour print instead.

Dark colours such as navy are hard to see on black. We'll show you a version with those parts in white or a lighter colour, and we never change your logo without your approval.

Up to 26cm wide.

The most popular positions are left chest, back and sleeves, but we can decorate most areas of a garment, and you can add several positions to one garment.

Plain items from our standard range can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Branded items are made to your specification, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty or supplied incorrectly. If a return is down to our error or a fault, we cover the return carriage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
