Scruffs branded workwear
Cordura-reinforced trousers, technical hoodies and S3 safety boots, decorated in-house and delivered UK-wide. See your logo on the garment before you spend a penny.
Why tradespeople ask for Scruffs by name
Scruffs has been building workwear for grafters since 2003, and it shows in the details rather than the marketing. Cordura-reinforced knee pockets that survive a kneeling job, Abratect abrasion panels on the cuffs and hems that take the wear first, ripstop fabric that does not tear the first time it catches on a nail. None of it is flashy. All of it is the reason the same trousers turn up on-site five years running.
That matters when you put a logo on it. A branded polo that falls apart in a season makes the logo look cheap along with it. Scruffs kit is built to outlast the job, which is exactly what a team uniform needs to do.

The best Scruffs styles to brand
Real stock, real prices. The tag on each card says whether we put a logo on it or supply it straight from the box.

Eco Worker t-shirt
Naturally breathable, sustainably-sourced cotton · slim fit, longer length · XS–3XL
The everyday base layer. Substantial enough for a chest logo or a full back print, and the sustainably-sourced cotton is a genuine point of difference if a client asks.

Eco Worker hoodie
Sustainably-sourced cotton · raglan sleeve, hidden zip pocket, thumb-grip cuffs · XS–3XL
The flagship hoodie. Heavy enough to carry a chest or back embroidery properly, and the hidden pocket is the detail tradespeople actually notice.

Eco Worker sweatshirt
Sustainably-sourced cotton · raglan sleeve, ribbed hem and cuffs, zipped pockets · XS–3XL
The crew-neck alternative where a hood is not wanted on-site. Same fabric and fit family as the hoodie, so a mixed order still reads as one uniform.

Trade air-layer hoodie
Insulating air-layer fabric · Abratect cuff panels, elasticated hood and hem · S–2XL
A technical step up from the cotton hoodie: breathable insulation and reinforced cuffs for anyone layering up outdoors through winter.

Trade bodywarmer
Insatherm padding, high collar, three internal pockets · S–2XL
The gilet every site crew ends up wearing. Warm without restricting the arms, and the chest is wide enough for a proper-sized logo.

Worker trousers
Durable twill · Abratect knee pockets, YKK zip fly · waist 28–40, Short/Reg/Long
The everyday work trouser most orders start with. We supply it blank alongside the branded tops. It is not a garment we decorate.

Trade holster trousers
Heavy-duty twill, two-layer reinforced seat, Cordura knee pockets · waist 28–40, Short/Reg/Long
The reinforced option for teams who kneel and carry tools all day. Same supply-only rule as the standard trouser: we source it, we do not print it.

Switchback 3 safety boots
S3 antistatic, composite mid-plate, Poron insole, Micro-fresh lining · UK 7–12
Certified safety footwear to finish the kit. Boots are a supply item on every brand page we run, Scruffs included, not something we put a logo on.
Prices shown are for the item as supplied. Decoration is quoted with your order for anything we brand; trousers, shorts and boots are supplied blank as part of the same delivery. Browse all 15 Scruffs products →
How we brand it
Picking the method, and knowing what not to touch, is our job. This is the thinking behind it.
Embroidery
Our Tajima twin-head and 15-head machines handle the tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and bodywarmers. A stitched chest logo or a smaller back design holds up to years of hot washing, which matters more on workwear than on almost anything else we brand.
DTF print
Full-colour, no setup fee whatever the colour count. The right call for a large back print on the Eco Worker tee or hoodie, or artwork with too many colours to embroider cleanly.
Trousers, shorts and boots
We do not decorate these. They are supplied blank as part of the same order, alongside whatever we embroider or print, so the kit still arrives together and on one invoice.

Built for the work, not just the branding
Every technology on this page is Scruffs' own, not ours, and it is built into the garment rather than claimed on the label. Cordura reinforces the knee pockets on the trade trousers so they survive kneeling on a site floor. Abratect panels take the abrasion on cuffs and hems before the base fabric does. Insatherm padding is what keeps the bodywarmer warm without adding bulk, and Micro-fresh lining is why the safety boots do not need airing out after a week.
Worth saying plainly: we are the decorator and supplier here, not the manufacturer. If a client or a tender wants the technical spec sheet for a specific style, ask us and we will get it from Scruffs directly.

Questions we get asked
Do you do both embroidery and DTF printing in-house?
Yes. We run embroidery and DTF print on our own machines in Birmingham, alongside screen print, DTG and heat transfer. We choose the right method for your garment and your logo, and we never send decoration out to a third party.
What is the minimum order for Scruffs workwear?
There is no real minimum. We will brand a run of five as happily as five hundred, and you can reorder a single item later without paying setup again.
Can I mix trousers, tees and hoodies in one order?
Yes. Most orders do. Trousers and boots are supplied alongside whatever tees, hoodies or bodywarmers you want branded, all as one order and one delivery.
Which Scruffs items can you put a logo on?
Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and bodywarmers, either embroidered or DTF printed. Trousers, shorts and safety boots are supplied blank. We do not decorate them, but they still come as part of the same order.
What sizes does Scruffs workwear come in?
Tops run XS to 3XL. Trousers come in waist sizes with Short, Regular and Long leg options, and the Switchback 3 safety boot runs UK 7 to 12.
Are the Scruffs safety boots certified?
The Switchback 3 is S3-rated: antistatic, with a composite mid-plate for puncture resistance and a moulded toe. Tell us what your site actually requires and we will confirm it is the right rating.
Can I see my logo on the garment before I order?
Yes. Send us your logo and we will produce a free mockup on the actual garment in your actual colour, no cost and no obligation to go ahead.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, nationally. To one address, or split direct to each person if you are kitting out a team across multiple sites.
