Custom Workwear Pricing Explained
Straightforward pricing, no surprises
We've been branding workwear in Birmingham since 1999, and we price the way we'd want to be priced to: clearly. No hidden minimums, no inflated "list" prices to haggle down. Below is exactly what everything costs, so you can work out your price before you even get in touch, and our Price Beat Guarantee means if you find the same job cheaper elsewhere, we'll beat it. All prices below exclude VAT.
Your price is built from three parts
Every branded order comes down to the same three things: the garment, the branding, and a one-time logo setup. Add them up and that's your price, no surprises.
1. The garment
This is the blank garment you're branding, whether that's a tee, polo, hoodie, softshell, jacket or hi-vis. We hold the full range with live prices on site, starting from around £3.40 and rising with premium and technical styles. Every product shows its own "from" price, so you always know the garment cost before you add branding.
2. The branding
What we apply to the garment. The price is per logo, per garment, and it drops the more you order. Tiers are based on the total number of logos across your order, not per garment. Choose embroidery for a premium, hard-wearing finish, or DTF transfer print for full-colour logos and detail.
Embroidery (per logo, per garment)
Standard logos (up to 15cm wide / under ~25,000 stitches):

Big back & oversized prints
For large designs across the back or oversized areas: embroidery £8.95 per piece, DTF £6.95 per piece.
3. One-time logo setup
A one-off £15 per logo the first time we prepare your artwork. It covers digitising, a sample stitch-out on your actual fabric, your proof, and permanent file storage. On every reorder after that it's free: we keep your logo on file, so repeat orders are quicker and cheaper.
Ordering a bundle? Setup is free on every kit in our bundle range, so the bundle price is the whole price.
Bulk discounts on garments
On top of the tiered branding rates above, garment volume discounts apply automatically at checkout:
- 5% off garments when you order 10 or more items
- 10% off garments when you order 25 or more items
- 15% off garments when you order 50 or more items
Kitting out a team? Our team kits show a price per person, so you can budget per head.
And there's no minimum order. One embroidered polo or five hundred, we're happy to help.
Optional extras
- Names & numbers (teamwear): £3 per name or number, £6 per name and number
- Inside printed label (own-brand labelling): £2 per print
- Individual bagging (each garment poly-bagged): £0.50 per garment
- Express turnaround (3–5 working days): +30% on branding charges only
Delivery & turnaround
- Standard delivery is £8.99 on orders under £99, and free on orders over £99.
- Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Need it sooner? Ask about express.
- We ship UK-wide via DPD, Royal Mail and APC.
