Why hospitality and corporate teams ask for Premier by name
Premier has been building workwear for the working day since 1999, and its range reads that way: chef jackets designed to survive a 60°C commercial wash, Coolchecker® piqué polos that keep front-of-house staff cool over an eight-hour shift, and a poplin shirt collection deep enough to colour-match a whole business in one order. It is a brand built by people who understand that a kitchen, a bar and a boardroom each need a different kind of uniform, and that all three need to survive being washed every day.
That matters when you put a logo on it. A branded polo or chef jacket that fades or shrinks after a season of industrial laundering makes the whole team look tired. Premier kit is built to take the wash, which is exactly what a hospitality or corporate uniform has to do.

The best Premier styles to brand
Real stock, real prices. The tag on each card says whether we put a logo on it or supply it straight from the box.

Studded front chef's jacket
Mandarin collar, ten-stud wrap-over · safe to wash at 60°C · XS–3XL
The everyday kitchen jacket. Sturdy enough to carry a chest logo through daily industrial laundering without the stitching giving up first.

'Recyclight' chef's shirt
Recycled fabric, banded collar, lightweight jacket-shirt hybrid · XS–3XL
A lighter chef's shirt made from Premier's recycled Recyclight fabric, for kitchens that want the sustainability story alongside the logo.

Colours 3-pocket apron
24 colours · three open pockets, waist ties · safe to wash at 60°C · one size
The bar-and-restaurant staple. A pocket embroidery or a full-front DTF print both work well, and 24 colourways make it easy to match a brand palette.

Coolchecker® piqué polo
Moisture-wicking Coolchecker® fabric, knit collar, panelled fit · XS–4XL
The front-of-house and corporate default. Coolchecker® fabric keeps staff comfortable on a long shift, and the chest sits a logo cleanly.

Long sleeve poplin shirt
27 colours from the Colours Collection · stiffened collar, classic fit · 14.5–19
A proper corporate shirt range rather than three token colours. Deep enough to colour-match reception, management and front-of-house separately.

Crew neck cotton-rich sweater
Fine gauge cotton-rich knit, ribbed cuff and hem · 2XS–3XL
Autumn layering for corporate and hospitality teams alike. A fine-gauge knit takes a small chest embroidery well without the stitches showing through.

Women's button-through cardigan
Fine gauge cotton-rich knit, seven-button fastening · Wom 8–24
The women's layering piece from the same knitwear collection. Works over a blouse or polo, and takes the same small embroidery placement.

Limitless stretch tunic (Onna by Premier)
Four-way stretch, crease-resistant, easy-care · safe to wash at 60°C · S–3XL
Premier's healthcare and beauty line, sold under the Onna by Premier name. A stretch tunic that moves through a shift and still carries a logo cleanly.

How we brand it
Picking the method, and knowing what suits the fabric, is our job. This is the thinking behind it.
Embroidery
Our Tajima twin-head and 15-head machines handle the polos, shirts, chef jackets and knitwear. A stitched chest logo holds up to daily commercial washing, which is exactly what a hospitality uniform goes through week after week.
DTF print
Full-colour, no setup fee whatever the colour count. The right call for a full-front apron design, a large tunic back print, or artwork with too many colours to embroider cleanly.
What we don't decorate
Trousers, ties and small accessories are supplied blank as part of the same order, alongside whatever we embroider or print, so the kit still arrives together on one invoice.

Built with a sustainability story worth telling
Premier is a member of Better Cotton and sources Organic Content Standard (OCS) certified organic cotton from Fairtrade producers for parts of its range, alongside the Recyclight line made from recycled polyester. That gives you a genuine answer when a client or a tender asks about the sustainability of a uniform order, not a greenwashed label.
Worth saying plainly: we are the decorator and supplier here, not the manufacturer. If a client or a tender wants the certification detail for a specific style, ask us and we will get it from Premier directly.

Questions we get asked
Do you do both embroidery and DTF printing in-house?
Yes. We run embroidery and DTF print on our own machines in Birmingham, alongside screen print, DTG and heat transfer. We choose the right method for your garment and your logo, and we never send decoration out to a third party.
What is the minimum order for Premier workwear?
There is no real minimum. We will brand a run of five as happily as five hundred, and you can reorder a single item later without paying setup again.
Can I mix aprons, chef jackets and shirts in one order?
Yes. Most hospitality orders do. Everything is supplied and decorated together, as one order and one delivery.
Will embroidery or print survive daily commercial washing?
Yes, that is exactly what we plan for. Premier's hospitality range is built to wash at 60°C, and our embroidery and DTF print are chosen to hold up to that cycle, not just look good on day one.
What sizes does Premier workwear come in?
It varies by style. Knitwear and tops typically run 2XS to 6XL, chef wear and tunics XS to 3XL, and shirts are sized by collar. Tell us the style and we will confirm the run.
Is Premier workwear sustainable?
Parts of the range are. Premier is a member of Better Cotton and uses OCS-certified organic cotton and recycled polyester (the Recyclight line) in specific styles. We can point you to the sustainable option for your category.
Can I see my logo on the garment before I order?
Yes. Send us your logo and we will produce a free mockup on the actual garment in your actual colour, no cost and no obligation to go ahead.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, nationally. To one address, or split direct to each person if you are kitting out a team across multiple sites.
