Bundle questions, answered

Do you do both embroidery and DTF printing in-house?
Yes. Brand Me Now runs both embroidery and DTF printing in-house at our Birmingham workshop, so there is no third party and no delay. Bundles come with a left-chest embroidered logo as standard, and we can add DTF prints too, just ask on your mockup.
What is included in the bundle price?
The garments, a left-chest embroidered logo on each, free logo setup, a free artwork proof and free UK delivery. One flat price, no surprises.
Is there a setup or digitisation fee?
No. Logo setup and digitisation are free on every bundle, and there is no DTF setup fee ever. The price shown is the price you pay (ex VAT, VAT added at checkout).
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Tell us your deadline and we will do our best to help.
How do I choose my sizes, and what about returns?
Use the mix and match grid on each bundle to set the size split. Because bundles are decorated to order we send a free mockup and confirm sizes before we start, and our size guide helps you get the split right. If a blank arrives faulty we replace it.
Can I change the garments or colours?
The bundles use our best-selling ProRTX workwear as standard. Want a different colour, a specific garment or mixed colours across the kit? Tell us on the mockup and we will sort it.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, free UK delivery is included on every bundle. We have supplied branded workwear to businesses across the UK since 1999.
Are prices ex VAT?
Prices show ex VAT by default for business buyers. Use the Inc VAT / Ex VAT toggle in the header to switch. VAT is added at checkout.
