Beauty, Salon & Spa Uniforms
Branded uniforms for beauty salons, spas and barbers
Embroidered beauty tunics, salon gowns, aprons, spa robes and towels for beauty rooms, nail bars, hair salons, barbers and spas. Supplied and decorated in-house in Birmingham, with no minimum order.
In a salon the uniform is part of the treatment. Clients notice whether the tunic is crisp, whether the towels match, and whether the name on the chest belongs to the person doing their brows. It has to look calm and clean on day one and still look that way after months of washing, product splashes and long days on your feet.
We supply the garments and brand them ourselves in our Birmingham workshop. That means one supplier for the tunics, the gowns and the towels, one set of colours across all of it, and a straight answer if a decoration will not suit the fabric.

Names on every tunic
Clients like to know who is looking after them. We can embroider a different name on each tunic in the same order, with your logo on the other side. Add the names on the product page, one per garment, and they come through with the order. Names and text carry no setup fee, because they are stitched from our own fonts rather than digitised from artwork.
Branding that survives the salon wash
Salon wear and towels get washed often and handled with product on your hands. Embroidery is stitched thread, so it will not crack, peel or wash off, which is why it is our default on tunics, robes and towels. On a client gown or a bold apron graphic, print can be the better answer, and DTF print has no setup fee at any quantity.
- Free mockup on the actual garment, in your colour, before you commit.
- Embroidery digitisation free on orders over £100, otherwise a one-off £15.
- No setup charge for names and text.
- No minimum order, so one tunic for a new starter is fine.

Ordering for a new salon or a refresh
- Send your logo and what you need: how many staff, and whether you want robes or towels as well.
- We send a free mockup and a price per person, on the garments and colours you picked.
- You approve the artwork. Position, size and thread colour confirmed in writing.
- We make it here. Typically 5 to 7 working days from approval, 7 to 10 with delivery.
- Reorders are simple. Your logo stays on file, so a tunic for a new starter is one quick order.
Salon groups and academies ordering regularly usually want a trade account, so every site orders the same kit at the same price.
Frequently asked questions
Can you embroider each therapist's name on their tunic?
Yes. Each garment can carry a different name alongside your salon logo, in the same order. Names have no setup charge.
Will embroidery survive regular washing?
Yes. Embroidery is stitched thread, so it does not crack or peel the way some prints can. Always follow the wash instructions on the garment itself.
Can you match our salon colours?
We match thread as closely as the garment allows and show you on a mockup before anything is made. Fabric changes how a colour reads, which is why we mock it up rather than describe it.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. One tunic or a full salon kit-out, both are normal.
Can you brand towels and robes?
Yes. A small embroidered logo on spa robes and towels is one of the most popular orders we do for spas. Some towels have a border made specifically for branding.
We are opening soon. How long does it take?
Typically 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval, 7 to 10 with delivery. Express is available if the date is tight.
