Brand Me Now has been kitting out UK businesses since 1999 from Lindon House on Heeley Road, five minutes from Selly Oak station and ten from the A38. We are not a print shop that sends your order to a factory three counties away. Every embroidery machine, DTF press and screen bed is on site, which is why a Birmingham job does not sit in someone else's production queue and why we can pull a garment off the rack and stitch a test on it the same afternoon.
That matters most when something changes late. A new starter on Friday, a colour that turns out wrong on the fabric, a logo file that arrives as a photo of a business card. Those are ten minute problems when the machines are in the building and week long problems when they are not.
We work with trades, hospitality groups, clinics, care homes, schools and construction teams across the city, and we deliver UK wide. If you run a second site in Bristol or Leeds, the kit still comes from one supplier, on one invoice, with one person answering the phone.

How we brand it
Embroidery
The one buyers associate with a professional uniform. Stitched, not printed, so it survives 60°C washing and daily wear. Best on polos, fleeces, softshells, caps and tunics. Digitisation free over £100.
DTF printing
Full colour, photographic detail, no setup fee. Best for detailed logos, gradients, small runs and anything embroidery cannot hold. From £1.75 a print.
Screen printing
The cheapest route once quantities climb and the design is a few solid colours. Best for large runs of tees and hoodies.
DTG
Soft handle direct to garment printing on cotton. Best for full colour artwork on a garment that needs to feel unprinted.

How ordering works
- Send us the logo and a rough idea of numbers. A phone photo of your van or a business card is enough to start. WhatsApp, email or the quote form.
- We come back with a mockup and a price. Your logo on the actual garment, in your colour, with the cost per person. Free, and with nothing to sign.
- You approve the artwork. Position, size and thread or ink colours confirmed in writing before anything is stitched or pressed.
- We produce it here. Typically 5 to 7 working days once artwork is signed off. Tell us if it is tighter than that and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
- Delivered or collected. UK wide delivery, or collect from Lindon House, Heeley Road, B29 6EN by appointment.
Reorders are faster. Your artwork and thread colours stay on file, so a new starter's polo is a two minute job, not a fresh setup.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We will brand a single polo for a new starter and we will kit out 500 people. Unit price improves with quantity, but nothing stops you ordering one.
How much does branded workwear cost in Birmingham?
Garment plus decoration. Polos start around £4.69, hi-vis from £5.99, hoodies and softshells higher. DTF prints start at £1.75 with no setup fee, and embroidery digitisation is free over £100 or a one off £15 below it. Send your numbers and we will price the whole job per person.
How long does it take?
Typically 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval, plus delivery. Tighter deadlines are often possible because production is in the building, but ask before you promise a date to anyone.
Can I see it before I commit?
Yes, and you should. Send the logo and we will send back a mockup on the actual garment in your colour, free, with no obligation. It is the cheapest way to catch a problem.
My logo is only a JPEG. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We work from what most businesses actually have. If the file is too low resolution to reproduce cleanly we will tell you and redraw it rather than print something blurry. See our artwork guidelines for what helps.
Embroidery or print, which should I choose?
Embroidery for uniform garments that get washed hard and need to look professional: polos, fleeces, softshells, tunics, caps. DTF for detailed or multi colour artwork, small runs and anything embroidery cannot hold. Full comparison here.
Can you print on hi-vis without voiding the certification?
Yes, if the branding is sized and placed correctly. Decoration reduces the certified fluorescent and reflective area, so we keep the logo within the limits for the garment's class rather than putting it wherever it looks best. See branded hi-vis.
Will the branding survive a commercial wash?
Embroidery will. It is stitched thread, so 60°C washing is not a problem, which is why hospitality and care home uniforms are normally embroidered. Prints are more variable, and we will steer you away from print if we think your wash cycle will kill it.
Can I collect from you rather than pay delivery?
Yes. Collection from Lindon House, Heeley Road, B29 6EN, by appointment so it is boxed and checked when you arrive.
Do you work with businesses outside Birmingham?
Constantly. Birmingham is where the machines are, not where the customers stop. We deliver UK wide, and multi site businesses get one supplier and one invoice regardless of where each site is.
Can you match our existing uniform?
Usually. Send a photo or a garment and we will find the closest current equivalent and match thread colours to your brand. Bring the old one in if you are local, it is quicker than describing it.
Do you supply named garments for individual staff?
Yes. Names, roles or numbers can be added per garment alongside the company logo, which is common for care homes, sites and hospitality teams.
