What is business merch?

Business merch is anything with your logo on it that gets your brand seen: tees, hoodies, caps, totes and polos for your team, your customers or your launch. It makes a new business look established, and every time someone wears it, that is free advertising.

What's the minimum order for custom merch?

There is no minimum. You can order a single printed tee if that is all you need. Most new brands start with the Launch Merch Pack because it covers the essentials in one go and costs less than buying the same pieces one by one.

Can I get merch for a brand-new business?

Yes, that is exactly who this is for. If your logo is still a sketch or a photo on your phone, send it anyway. We check it for free, and if it needs redrawing for embroidery or print we can do that for you from £25 ex VAT.

Do you do embroidery and printing in-house?

Yes. Your merch is embroidered and printed in our own workshop in Selly Oak, Birmingham, and we have been decorating clothing since 1999. Find out more about our embroidery and DTF printing.

How long does custom merch take?

We dispatch in 7 to 10 working days from the day you approve your free mockup, and delivery anywhere in the UK usually takes a day or two after that. Got a launch date? Tell us when you order and we will let you know if it can be done faster.

Should I go for embroidery or print?

Embroidery is stitched into the fabric and looks premium on hoodies, polos and caps. Print is full colour and great for detailed logos, tees and totes, with no setup fee. Not sure? We will recommend the best finish on your free mockup.

Can I sell my merch to my customers?

Yes. Lots of creators and small brands sell their merch. We can also set up your own brand store, so your team or your customers order direct and we make and ship it for you.

How much does business merch cost?

A printed tee with your logo starts from around £17 ex VAT for one, and the price per item drops as you order more. The Launch Merch Pack bundles 11 pieces at one flat price. For bigger orders, get a quote and we will send you a price.
