Why We Only Brand Clothing We Supply

We get asked most weeks whether we'll print or embroider clothing a customer already has. The answer is no. We only brand clothing we supply.

That can sound like we're turning work away. We're not. We're protecting the thing you're actually paying for, which is a finished garment with your logo on it that looks right on day one and still looks right after fifty washes.

A t-shirt is not just a t-shirt

Two shirts can look identical on a hanger and behave completely differently under a heat press or an embroidery needle. The difference is in things you can't see:

• The fabric blend. Cotton, polyester and mixed blends all take ink and thread differently. Some polyesters bleed dye into a print when heated, so a white logo turns pink.
• The weight and weave. A thin, loose knit puckers under dense embroidery. A heavy one needs a different setting entirely.
• Coatings and finishes. Many retail garments are treated to resist stains or water. That same treatment can stop a print from bonding, so it peels after a few washes.
• Shrinkage. Some garments shrink under heat. A logo that went on straight comes off the press crooked.

With clothing brought in from elsewhere, we can't know any of this in advance. We'd be guessing with your brand.

What we do instead

Every garment in our range has been through our own print and embroidery process. We know how each one behaves, which settings it needs, and how your logo will look on it once it's finished. That's why we can make you a promise: if anything isn't right, we replace it.

We can't make that promise on clothing we didn't supply. If a garment you bought elsewhere is damaged in production, there's no replacement on the shelf, and nobody wins.
