Track-ready orange hi-vis for 5 people in one order. Every person gets two long sleeve orange hi-vis polos, a hi-vis hoodie, a hi-vis softshell jacket and a pair of hi-vis cargo trousers, with your logo printed on the front and your company name or logo on the back of every top. That is 25 pieces for £769 inc VAT, or £128.17 a person ex VAT.

Built to the rail rules. Every garment is orange hi-vis certified to RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019, the railway standard for orange hi-vis, and to EN ISO 20471: Class 3 on the polos and hoodie, Class 2 on the softshell and trousers. Every top has full-length orange sleeves, and full-length orange hi-vis trousers are included, matching Network Rail's clothing requirements for working on or near the line.

Branding in the right place. Your company name or logo goes on the back, between the vertical reflective bands, which is where Network Rail asks for the sponsor marking. A smaller logo goes on the left chest at the front. Neither print ever covers the reflective tape, so the certification is not affected. The trousers are left unbranded.

Mix sizes across the team, S to 3XL. Clothing only: boots, helmets, gloves and eye protection are not included. Always check your principal contractor's site rules before ordering. • Long sleeve polo: EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 3 and EN ISO 13688. Orange certified to RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019. PPE Regulation 2016/425 as brought into UK law, certificate PPE/ITA/202600152 (Notified Body 2575). 150gsm 100% polyester wicking micro mesh, UPF 40 sun protection.
• Hoodie: EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 3 and EN ISO 13688. Orange certified to RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019. PPE Regulation 2016/425 as brought into UK law, certificate ITASLNB25012030 (Notified Body 2575). 280gsm brushed-back fleece, made with recycled polyester.
• Softshell jacket: UKCA certified, certificate 0120/PPE/230909 (UK Approved Body 0120). EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 2 and EN ISO 13688. RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019 (orange). 280gsm two-layer softshell with a 100% recycled polyester outer and microfleece lining. Showerproof, breathable and windproof.
• Cargo trousers: UKCA certified, certificate 0120/PPE/230686 (UK Approved Body 0120). EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 2 and EN ISO 13688. RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019 (orange). 280gsm 80% polyester, 20% cotton twill with mechanical stretch, 7cm reflective leg bands and knee pad pockets.

How we brand it without affecting the certification

Logos are printed with a low-temperature transfer made for hi-vis fabric. Prints sit on the fluorescent background only, never on or across the reflective tape. Each logo is sized for the smallest garment in your order, so every size keeps more than the minimum fluorescent and reflective area its class needs (Class 3: 0.80m² fluorescent and 0.20m² reflective; Class 2: 0.50m² and 0.13m²). You see a mockup showing exactly where each logo goes before anything is printed.

Care and when to replace

Polos and hoodies: mild wash with low spin, inside out. Softshell: gentle machine wash at 40°C, certified for up to 25 washes. Trousers: wash at 40°C. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean any piece. Hi-vis only protects while it can be seen: replace any garment that is faded, badly stained, torn, or has cracked or peeling tape, or once it passes its certified number of washes.

Delivery and returns

Production starts once you approve your mockup and usually takes 7 to 10 working days, then free UK delivery. Because every piece carries your logo, decorated orders cannot be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives faulty, short or with a print error, call us on 0121 472 5300 within 48 hours and confirm in writing within 3 working days, and we will put it right.
