Why in-house matters for a uniform

We supply the garments and embroider them ourselves in Birmingham. For a uniform specifically, that means consistency: the same machines, the same file and the same operator standard on the reorder as on the original. Schemes that go through a broker to a trade decorator drift, because the second order is not necessarily produced by whoever produced the first.

It also means we can test. If you are unsure between two garments or two colours, we will stitch a sample of each so the decision is made looking at real garments rather than a screen.

3. We mock it up on the actual garments so you can see it before committing.
4. You sign off, we produce. Typically 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval.
5. We hold the scheme. Every reorder afterwards is a quantity and a size list.

How many staff do we need before this is worth doing?

There is no threshold. Two-person businesses run uniform schemes with us. The value is in the consistency, not the volume.

What if we want to change the scheme later?

Change it. We will tell you what it costs to run down the old garments alongside the new ones so the transition does not look accidental.

Can you put staff names on?

Yes, per garment. Worth doing for senior or client-facing roles, less so for high-turnover ones, because a named garment cannot be reissued.

Do you keep stock of our uniform?

We hold the specification rather than ring-fenced stock, and order the garments in for each run. Tell us if you need faster than that and we will work out an approach with you.

Can we order for several Birmingham sites at once?

Can you match a uniform we already have?
