    Experience the advanced performance of 3Lr® (3-layer recycled) fabric with the B&C Reset 3Lr® hooded softshell. This functional, hooded, unisex jacket is designed for exceptional insulation, waterproofing (10,000 mm) and windproof protection, complemented by four-way stretch for maximum mobility. It features a breathable membrane (3000 mvp) and a warm, insulating microfleece lining. Available in an extensive size range, it provides superior comfort and protection for active, corporate and everyday wear; and with a printable surface and no neck label, it’s ideal for customisation.

    Is there a minimum order?

    No. You can order a single branded garment, and the price per item drops as your quantity goes up.

    How long will my order take?

    7 to 10 working days from when you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Express turnaround is 5 working days for £5 extra per garment.

    Is there a setup fee?

    There's no setup charge for print. Embroidery has a one-off £15 digitising fee for your logo, which is free on orders over £100 ex VAT.

    How much is delivery?

    UK delivery is £8.99 on orders under £99 ex VAT. Orders of £99 or more get free UK delivery.

    Will I see a proof before production?

    Yes, always, and it's free. You'll get a digital mock-up of your logo on your chosen garment and colour. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

    Should I choose embroidery or print?

    Embroidery gives a premium, hard-wearing finish on polos, jackets and caps. Print keeps full colour and fine detail, and suits t-shirts and large back logos. We can show you both on your proof.

    Do your prices include VAT?

    Every price includes the garment and your logo. Use the toggle at the top of the page to see prices with or without VAT. Children's clothing has no VAT.

    Do I get to check the embroidery before the full order is made?

    Yes. Once your order is placed, we stitch your logo first and send you a photo to approve before we embroider the rest.
