The Hoodie Your Team Actually Wears: Premium Sustainable Stanley/Stella Hoodies, Branded by Hand

Choose a premium Stanley/Stella hoodie your team will want to wear at work and beyond, then add your logo with embroidery or print produced in-house at our Birmingham workshop. We supply sustainable hoodie options, offer free artwork checks and mock-ups, and have no minimum order quantity, so you can kit out a large team or order just what you need.

For operations, HR and facilities managers, a good team hoodie needs to do more than look smart in a staff photo. It should feel comfortable on site, in the office and while working remotely, keep your logo visible outside work, and be straightforward to reorder when new starters join.

Why Choose A Hoodie People Will Wear?

The best branded clothing is the clothing people reach for. A comfortable, well-cut hoodie can become part of someone’s regular wardrobe, not just a uniform they leave in a locker.

That means your logo travels further. Staff can wear it between sites, on the commute, at home or out of hours. And when the garment feels considered, it can help your team look joined-up without feeling overly formal.

Stanley/Stella offers premium styles made with organic and recycled fibres. The exact fabric blend varies by garment, so it’s worth checking the details of the style you choose rather than treating every “sustainable hoodie” as the same.

Pick The Right Stanley/Stella Style

Here are a few options to consider for your team:

  • SX320 Fronter zipped hoodie: A heavyweight, oversized zip-through style at 400gsm, made from 50% recycled cotton and 50% organic cotton. The two-way zip makes it easy to layer over a T-shirt or polo. See Stanley/Stella’s Fronter details.
  • SX321 Sculpter hoodie: A substantial 500gsm oversized hoodie, made from 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. Its boxy shape and dropped shoulders give it a modern, relaxed look. See the Sculpter.
  • SX322 Former sweatshirt: A 500gsm crew-neck option for teams who prefer a sweatshirt without a hood. It uses 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. See the Former.
  • SX324 Stella Alma Vintage and SX325 Stella Nora Vintage: Women’s vintage styles in 100% organic cotton. The SX324 is a crew-neck sweatshirt and the SX325 is a hoodie. Both have a garment-dyed finish, so slight shade variation between pieces is part of the look. See the Stella Nora Vintage hoodie and Stella Alma Vintage sweatshirt.

A note on fabric: The Fronter contains recycled cotton. The Sculpter and Former use recycled polyester alongside organic cotton, while the two women’s vintage styles listed above are 100% organic cotton. Their fabric compositions and product details are different, so choose the material that fits your requirements.

What Does GSM Mean For Your Team?

GSM means grams per square metre. It describes fabric weight, giving you a useful guide when comparing garments.

A heavier hoodie, such as the 400gsm Fronter or 500gsm Sculpter, has a more substantial feel and a structured shape. That can suit teams who want a premium layer for cooler workplaces or regular wear. A lighter option may work better if your staff need something less warm or more suitable for layering.

Weight alone doesn’t guarantee how long a garment will last. Fabric, construction, care and how the hoodie is used all matter. We’ll help you compare the feel, fit and fabric details before you decide.

Choose The Right Branding For Your Logo

We customise garments at our Birmingham workshop, using decoration methods selected to suit the design, fabric and finish you want.

Left-chest embroidery is a popular premium choice for a simple company logo. The stitching gives your hoodie a smart, tactile finish and is well suited to repeat uniform wear. We produce embroidery on Tajima machines. Standard embroidery lead time is 7-10 working days from artwork approval.

DTF printing works well for colourful logos, fine detail and larger designs. It’s a flexible option across a wide range of garments, and DTF is the only decoration method we offer with no set-up fee.

We can also advise on screen printing for larger runs, DTG for detailed designs and smaller quantities, heat transfer for names or numbers, and sublimation for suitable activewear. Not sure what will work best? Send over your logo and we’ll recommend a practical option.

New From Stanley/Stella: The Chore Jacket, Made For Decoration

Stanley/Stella’s latest addition extends the same idea beyond knitwear: a heritage workwear-inspired chore jacket with a contemporary cut. It’s built from durable cotton canvas with a garment-dyed finish that adds depth of colour, and the details are the reason people notice it: a contrast corduroy collar, functional patch pockets and reinforced seams. Comfortable, unisex and easy to wear every day, in and outside the office.

The part that matters most for a branded team jacket? Stanley/Stella designed it specifically for decoration. The seamless back panel provides an excellent surface for a large logo or design, which makes it a strong pick for lifestyle collections, merchandise and events. It works with both embroidery and print, so you can keep the same logo language you already use on your hoodies, or go bigger on the back.

Available in G.Dyed Bronze, G. Dyed Black and G.Dyed Navy. Like the rest of the range, it’s built for teams who wear their kit beyond the office: on site, on the commute and out of hours. Send us your logo and we’ll advise whether embroidery or print suits the canvas best.

Make Reordering Easier Across Sites

When you’re supplying staff across multiple locations, consistency matters. A defined range of hoodies, colours and logo positions helps teams look coordinated. A company store can make repeat ordering easier by giving employees or site managers access to approved kit.

You can also plan for new starters by setting out the styles, colours and size range your team uses. We can help you organise the garment choices and support repeat orders, so you’re not starting the process from scratch each time.

We supply branded hoodies, sweatshirts and workwear for businesses across the UK. Orders can be delivered nationwide or collected from our Birmingham studio.
