    Questions, answered

Do you do both embroidery and DTF printing in-house?
Yes. Brand Me Now runs both embroidery and DTF printing in-house at our Birmingham workshop, so there is no third party and no delay. We recommend embroidery for chest and nape logos and DTF for large or full-colour back prints, and we mix methods on the same order.
    What is your minimum order?
Our minimum is low, most customers start from around 10 garments. The more you order the lower the per-shirt price, with breaks at 25, 50 and 100 units.
    How much does decoration cost?
Decoration is priced per position, per shirt, and shown live on this page as you build your order. Embroidery includes a one-off £15 digitisation setup which is waived on orders over £100. DTF has no setup fee, ever.
Can I supply my logo later?
Yes. Choose supply logo later on any position and we will send a free mockup and an itemised quote first, no upload needed to get a price.
Embroidery or DTF, which should I choose?
Embroidery gives a premium, hard-wearing finish and is ideal for chest logos. DTF prints fine detail and full colour with no stitch limit, ideal for large back prints. Lightweight 100% polyester at 160gsm or under prints better than it embroiders, we will flag this on your proof.
    How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Let us know if you have a deadline and we will do our best to help.
    Are your prices ex VAT?
Yes, prices are shown ex VAT by default for business buyers. Use the Inc VAT / Ex VAT toggle in the header to switch. VAT is added at checkout.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we supply branded workwear and merchandise to businesses across the whole of the UK, and have done since 1999.
